Top grade Narabi Shiro Uni, rarer and even more premium than Bafun, mostly available only through Japan's auction. Taste-wise, it is cleaner and mildly sweet in flavour.
 
Murasaki uni comes from a purple colour, long-spiked sea urchin. 250g tray- sure to please true uni lovers.Serves 4 - 6 pax or just 1 very crazy uni fan! hahaha.
