Hand-marinated and rubbed in Japanese style: Soy beans, rice koji, mustard, kosher salt, garlic, paprika, vinegar, chilli, mixed herbs, sesame oil, rice wine, oyster extract, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, sesame seeds etc!
Defrost for 30 min before cooking.
Pan sear each sides for 2.5 min with medium-high heat to achieve medium doneness OR 4 min each sides for well-done.
