Duck Leg Confit (France)
1 Piece of Duck Leg Confit
Duck confit is one of the most luxurious of foods in French cuisine.
Gently cured duck legs bathed in their own fat and slowly cooked to falling-off-the-bone perfection. Then the skin is crisped in a pan or oven, giving you the sinful combination of silky meat and crackling skin.
Defrost fully before cooking within 24 hours of defrosting.
Cooking Method: Grill, Bake or Pan-Fry till meat is reheated and skin is cripsy.
Storage: 2 weeks in Chiller, 3 months in Freezer
