Chicken Cordon Bleu
A cordon bleu or schnitzel cordon bleu is a dish of chicken wrapped around cheese, then breaded and pan-fried or deep-fried. 380g each, serves 2-3 pax!
1. Defrost for 30 min
2. Pan-fry each sides for about 4 minutes with small fire or deep-fry for not more than 8 minutes
3. Serve with your preferred sauce
