Big Fat Escargots cooked in 20 minutes!

No defrosting required. Pop it into your oven with bottom heat for 10mins to get it cooked, end off with top heat 10 - 15 mins and there you go!!! (generally at 200 degree celsius)
The pre-prepared butter garlic marination is already superb, but we added on fresh garlic, parsley, pinch of pepper and made it fanciful with some Mozzarella 😋
Frozen escargots can be kept up to 10 months in freezer!
