Frequently asked questions

How do I store the ingredients?


Most Atas Palate's Ingredients are raw and frozen food that can be kept in freezer up to 6 months (unless otherwise stated on packaging).
Truffles can only be kept up to 2 months in freezer.
The following are fresh and must only be stored in chiller:

1) Bafun Uni can only be stored for 3 days 2) Salmon sashimi 3 days 3) Umibudo up to 6 months 4) Caviar's expiry date is on the tin
5) Maguro requires extra care as it's very sensitive. Please keep frozen below 18 degrees and only defrost in ice cold bath when you're ready to consume (or defrost in fridge 0 - 4 degrees for half a day, while in the ziplock bag) Please do not leave it outside in room temperature as it will oxidize very easily

Can I self collect?


Self collection only available on (*there might be changes on eve of PH or Public Holiday):
Wednesday 4-6pm
Friday 3-5pm

Orders made after Monday 2359 will only be available for collection next week.
MUST whatsapp (98173318) to arrange for pickup, or it will automatically be assumed for Wednesday collection
(Fresh Sashimi also only for wed)

What type of deliveries do you provide?


1) Free delivery for purchase above $199 2) Flat rate at $10 islandwide for standard doorsteps delivery
(Standard delivery is usually wed, but might differ if it's eve or Public Holiday, whatsapp us if you're unsure before proceeding with your order)

3) Express delivery: Case by case basis, please whatsapp 98173318 to check on availibility of stocks first (Mon-Fri business hours, except Thu and eve/PH)

We do provide SOS express delivery at $20 or you can self collect from our retail space at Oxley tower #03-10 upon confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?


All purchases are final.
No modifications/cancellations/refunds are allowed.




What if I'm not around when my item arrives?


You will receive 2 call attempts, and a whatsapp message to inform that our delivery team is at your door. Please ensure someone comes to the door to collect on your behalf. A second redelivery attempt will be chargeable or you may self collect via apppointment, dependant on our availibility. (no negotiations)




What happens if I miss my collection timeline?


Do note that we will only keep frozen items for maxium one more week (from date of collection).

All fresh items will be disposed of, if uncollected on the day itself (kindly arrange for your own pickup- lalamove/grab if you're unable to make it at specified time)
No exceptions will be made as we do not store perishable items.
